I partner with growing businesses and early-stage founders to help them build the teams that define their companies.

As a recruiting and people-ops partner, I’ve been the first recruiting hire, and often the first HR presence, at a range of Seed to Series B startups, as well as more established businesses navigating periods of growth and change. Recruiting is my core skill set, and I’m comfortable shifting between highly tailored executive search and building teams through junior hires and frontline managers as organizations scale.

My work extends beyond hiring to include designing practical, scalable foundations across onboarding, compliance, compensation, and culture, so leaders can stay focused on growth while knowing their team is being built thoughtfully and sustainably.

I aim to bring a sense of calm and openness that encourages collaboration, creativity, and good decision making, while maintaining a strong sense of urgency. The big picture acts as my compass and I always focus on doing what's right for the long term, even if that means taking the more difficult path.
